My History
Born and raised in the East Valley, I started freestyle skating in Chandler, Arizona at 9 years old. I spent the next 8 years competing in local, regional and national competitions. Ultimately earning Bronze at the 2012 & 2013 National Theatre on Ice Championships with the Coyotes Ice Ensemble team.
At 16, after finishing high school and following the passion for skating, I got a job at the local rink’s pro-shop as a Figure Skate Technician. I have years of experience working with skaters of all levels, ranging from fitting your first pair to sharpening for Olympic competitors.
——
Right after I turned 20 I got an amazing career opportunity with a local aerospace company, working in a Materials Engineering Metallurgical laboratory. Being able to combine my knowledge of materials engineering into my skating experience means I not only know what skaters need, but I can get you the precision, consistency, and performance you rely on from your equipment. I know how it feels when something isn’t right; I won’t call you crazy.
——
These days I still love skating recreationally and engaging with the community. I purchased a Blademaster sharpener and have been growing my own independent skate service business ever since!
